The brief
A brand that had to feel like Steven
Kingdom Capital is Steven Joummaa's brokerage: property and business lending from Gregory Hills, serving Sydney-wide. The brand is faith-led - the name itself, and a Proverbs line he wanted in the hero - and Steven leads with integrity and genuine care. The site had to carry that in the first three seconds, not read like a template with a logo dropped on top.
Steven is also, in his own words, quite particular. He asks a lot of questions. That's exactly the client this process is built for: every stage of the build ran through the hub, every design decision was visible, and every question got answered before the next stage started.
The build
Foundation tier, nothing wasted
A five-page Foundation build on the same per-client chassis every WeCompound site ships on: a confident navy-and-blue identity around his 'Your Property Goals, Our Finance Solutions' line, six lending specialities from first home through to SMSF and commercial, and a working borrowing-power calculator that turns a visitor's numbers into a conversation.
Mobile-first throughout, WCAG-AA foundations, and the full compliance framework built in from the first line of copy: the three required legal pages, disclosure blocks, and wording built to the published industry standards.

Before launch, the site went through the advertising compliance review of Steven's aggregator - a real compliance manager reading every page. That's the test most broker websites never face until something goes wrong. The site launched with the reviewer's sign-off, and the lessons from that round are now baked into every WeCompound build.
