This policy describes how Compound (WeCompound Pty Ltd) collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you contact us, book a call, download a guide, or subscribe to Compound Notes, we collect: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any information you choose to share about your business or website project.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services or content you've requested, send Compound Notes (if you've subscribed), and improve our offering. We don't sell your data, ever.
Your data is stored on Australian and US servers (Vercel for hosting, ConvertKit/Resend for email infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption and access controls.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. No personally identifying information is collected for analytics purposes.
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if inaccurate, and request deletion. Email rebecca@wecompound.com.au with any requests.
If you believe we've mishandled your information, contact us first at the email above. If unresolved, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
